By accessing or using this platform, you (&#8220;User&#8221;) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service (&#8220;Terms&#8221;). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&#8220;Platform&#8221;<\/strong> refers to the website pojokbelajarcso.com along with all its services, features, and content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;Operator&#8221;<\/strong> refers to the team operating Pojok Belajar CSO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;User&#8221;<\/strong> refers to any individual who accesses the platform, whether registered or not.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;Participant&#8221;<\/strong> refers to a User who has registered and\/or enrolled in a training program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;Training&#8221;<\/strong> refers to any course, workshop, or learning program offered through the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;Materials&#8221;<\/strong> refers to training content including videos, documents, modules, and other learning resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;Account&#8221;<\/strong> refers to the profile and login credentials created by a User.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Account Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 Account Registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users must register an account to access paid training programs and materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One account may only be used by one individual. Account sharing is not permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 Account Security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Operator is not liable for any loss resulting from a User&#8217;s failure to maintain account security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.3 Account Termination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users may request account closure at any time by contacting us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Training Registration and Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Registration Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Training registration is completed through the form available on the platform. After submitting the form, the User will receive a payment invoice that must be settled within the specified timeframe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payments are processed through Midtrans, a payment gateway that supports multiple payment methods including bank transfers, virtual accounts, credit cards, digital wallets, and more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment invoices are valid for 1 (one) to 7 (seven) business days from the date of issuance, as specified for each training program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration is considered confirmed only after payment has been verified by the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices listed are final amounts in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may not include fees charged by third-party payment methods, where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Confirmation and Access<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once payment is verified, the User will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access the training program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If payment is not completed within the specified period, the registration will be automatically cancelled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For payment issues, Users may contact us to request an invoice extension at the Operator&#8217;s discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.4 Cancellation and Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 3 (three) business days before the training begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the total payment amount and will be processed within 5\u20137 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the training date are not eligible for a refund; however, the Participant may be transferred to a future session where available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training programs cancelled by the Operator will result in a full refund or the option to transfer to another session, at the Participant&#8217;s preference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Access Rights and Use of Materials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1 License<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon enrolling in a training program, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Materials solely for your personal learning purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2 Restrictions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Users are prohibited from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Downloading, copying, distributing, or selling Materials without written permission from the Operator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharing course access with any other individual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using Materials for commercial purposes without written authorization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reverse engineering any part of the platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.3 Access Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access to training Materials is available in accordance with the terms specified for each program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Operator reserves the right to modify, update, or remove Material content with reasonable notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Online Training and Zoom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online training sessions are conducted via Zoom. Users are responsible for their own internet connection and device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants must attend using their real name as provided during registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disruptive or inappropriate behavior during Zoom sessions may result in removal from the session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions may be recorded by the Operator for documentation and Participant reference. Participants are not permitted to record sessions without prior authorization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attendance data from Zoom sessions is recorded for certification and training reporting purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. CSO Directory and User Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1 CSO Directory<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The platform provides a CSO\/NGO organization directory feature. Information submitted to the directory must be accurate and verifiable. The Operator reserves the right to reject or remove any listing that does not meet the required standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2 User Uploads<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users are solely responsible for any content they upload to the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users warrant that uploaded content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Operator reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. User Code of Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Users are prohibited from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or violates applicable Indonesian law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spreading misleading, inaccurate, or discriminatory content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taking any action that may compromise the integrity or security of the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending spam, phishing attempts, or harmful content to other users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impersonating another user or organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the platform without authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All platform content including text, images, videos, logos, names, and trademarks of Pojok Belajar CSO are the property of the Operator or its licensed rights holders. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission from the Operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The platform is provided on an &#8220;as is&#8221; basis. The Operator makes no warranty that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The platform will always be available and free from interruption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training materials will always be relevant, accurate, or current for every specific context.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Changes to the Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Operator reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Modify, add, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjust pricing structures with reasonable notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via platform notifications or email to registered users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Operator is not liable for any failure or delay in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet infrastructure outages, pandemics, or government actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 (thirty) days, the dispute will be brought before the competent court of jurisdiction in Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13.
