What is Innovation Lab?
Innovation Lab is a space for innovation, learning, and idea exchange for non-profit organizations and civil society organizations (CSOs) to develop business as a strategy for building organizational financial resilience. Through a comprehensive incubation program, Innovation Lab supports CSOs in designing and realizing impactful business ideas, opening opportunities to create sustainable revenue streams as part of organizational funding diversification.

Masterclass
This session is designed to enhance participants' capacity and skills in building a sustainable social business.
Business Dialogue
A session for sharing information, learning, and discussing business unit development together with experienced NGOs/CSOs.
Mentoring
Participants will receive mentoring sessions with Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR) who will provide guidance tailored to each organization's needs.
Pitchlab
An opportunity for participants to pitch online before a panel of judges, receive strategic feedback, and strengthen their business plans.
Demo Day
The culminating event where participants present validated early-stage business prototypes to external partners, prospective donors, potential investors, and other stakeholders.
InnoLab Awardee Mentoring
Online mentoring sessions with EIR based on participants' choice. Reserved for the two top participants.

Who Are We Looking For?
- NGOs/CSOs with an early-stage business unit
- CSOs with any background and social issue are welcome to apply
- A team of 2 people, with at least one dedicated key person in the organization appointed to lead/coordinate the business unit
- Has obtained approval from the board or board members
